All clients have different requirements, time scale and abilities, so I am flexible in how an agreement can be formulated. My fees and costs can be charged either as a percentage of the cost of the work and materials 7 – 10% for new work or 10 – 14% for existing buildings, or on a time basis.

For all projects the fees need to be discussed and agreed with the client in advance.
